Laura Howard is a freelance lighting designer with a passion for creating dramaturgical lighting designs. With a keen eye for colour and a deep understanding of how lighting can enhance and become part of the storytelling, Laura excels in crafting atmospheric lighting that brings each production's vision to life.

Based in Hertfordshire and working primarily across the UK, Laura enjoys collaborating on new writing, original adaptations, and reimaginings of classic texts, offering a unique perspective to every project.

Laura is currently studying part-time at Birkbeck College, pursuing an MA in Dramaturgy, to further enrich their creative approach and understanding of the interplay between lighting and narrative.
